The club anniversary
A charity run on the URB anniversary — with a flag and party hats. July 2024.
A charity run on the club anniversary, July 2024 — exactly one year after the first solidarity run on 16 July 2023.
Party hats, a flag, an ordinary street: that is what a celebration looks like here. And no club event happens without collecting donations — the organisers call it one of the most effective things a community abroad can do for the army.
Over the first year and a half such events — meetups with homemade treats, big runs, a manifestation, a padel tournament and dozens of charity dinners — brought in around ten thousand euros.
